Match.com is honestly the only one seriously worth using. It's definitely worth the (often heavily discounted) money and it's by far the most mature and worthwhile of these sites. It's easily been my most successful and because it's paid and with a slightly older user base (seeing anyone aged below 25 is rare) they take it a lot more seriously. EHarmony was truly dreadful last time I tried it. Very few people in my area and nobody ever replied to messages. Plenty of Fish? More like Plenty of Bot…

Most of these "hookup" sites are, the same usually going for Craigslist too. If you want a genuine chance of meeting legit women online, then go for a reputable dating site and let things run their course. Or try stuff like Citysocializer, Facebook, even Tinder.

You shouldn't "worship" women anyway. It's the belief that you should which means young women in the West just expect (and get) everything handed to them. The UK in particular has gone ridiculously misandrist over the past ten years for this precise reason. Treat them like you would anyone else.

I wouldn't necessarily say "American" here. This is alarmingly similar to the UK, especially where younger couples are concerned. Women here rule the roost. It's a violent swing from misogyny to misandry, not gender equality.

Yeah. Cost of living has actually gone up because it can, as most households have dual incomes and the economy has adjusted to reflect this. Back in the 70s, most families could live very comfortably on one income. Now? Dual income and still struggling.

The UK also has divorce and child custody laws which are basically misandrist to the point of being laughably pathetic. There have been cases here where an unstable and unfit mother has been awarded custody of her children, the honest decent father is frozen out and one or more of the children ends up literally dead. After I graduated and began working, I actually went out more because I had the time and money to do so I'm banking on the same. University is just endless slogging and erratic hours for no pay at all (unless you're full time academic staff or doing a PhD) so it's no wonder people go broke and stop going out. I think I need to start on breaking out of my comfort zone a bit.
