Hey now, he hasn't died so far. Knowing that stuck up british bastard (<3 you TB!!!) he's not going to allow the cancer to kill him until he tells it to kill him. Oh I'm not claiming these messages will be a big part of the trial, obviously not since its too easy to fake/trick/falsify evidence. All I'm saying is that it's easy to debunk the chat as evidence of a fake rape

Dude even I can refute that claim and I'm no lawyer. All she has to say is that someone else took her phone and wrote those messages. Can you prove that she wrote the messages?
