Maybe some women had slaves but who wrote the laws on slavery? Men. Majority of slave owners were men. The slave trade was mostly organized by men. You can say Queen Elizabeth 1, but the fact still remains that it was mostly men organizing it. Men were responsible for lot of atrocities in history and commit majority of crimes.

I don't think rape is the correct term for underage sex. A teen boy is still going to be stronger than an adult woman so I don't think any physical force is involved.
