Yes there is a distinction between people being detained and prisoners, but according to the Supreme Court it doesn't matter because if you're going to be processed into a detention facility police are allowed to conduct strip searches ect. See, I don't agree that they should be allowed to cavity search prisoners either. After all if they want to arrest you and book you into jail on spurious charges they know will get dropped or thrown out bam they've got their cavity search. Arrested at a protest and carted off to jail? That's a cavity search. Unpaid traffic tickets? That's a cavity search. I personally believe, through only personal anecdotal evidence, that a society ruled by women has the potential to be the most brutal society ever. Women can be downright evil and insane, lacking reason or any temperament to their emotions (once again only evidence from personal experience). I'm in the military and they try to push this shit on us all the damn time. I get told every Friday that if a girl has had a single drink she can't consent. This is ridiculous, just like this guy said that eliminates 99% of all sex had in America.
