0	In a turn of events that will shock no-one, a planned replacement of the only female jail in Scotland has been scrapped because women should be given special treatment and given community custodial sentences instead. I'm literally 100% sure you read the article wrong. To me it sounds like they are talking about closing the women's 'super sized' prison in 2018, not replacing and moving to a system where there are smaller jails that are more regionally distributed by building additional small facilities.	/r/MensRights	26/01/15 06:37 PM
2	Privilege indeed Actually, I am fairly sure you don't even need to be a citizen for some stuff- my last city election, I just had to prove I was an adult resident(or property owner). You can show pretty much anything with your name and adress on it. Even if you don't get the letter, you can usually still vote.
