| 2 | Privilege indeedActually, I am fairly sure you don't even need to be a citizen for some stuff- my last city election, I just had to prove I was an adult resident(or property owner). You can show pretty much anything with your name and adress on it. Even if you don't get the letter, you can usually still vote.
