Pick a fight? Hahaha, ok, I did no such, but whatever. That list you provided still doesn't disprove my point. Whenever it was that a man (or man-like ape) first started doing work for themselves, be it gathering, tool making, getting a leaf over their head as protection from the rain... there was a female of the species ready to offer sex as exchange to obtain that good/service. Thus, prostitution was the first profession as payment given for goods/services.

Work is not equal to profession. A profession is rendering a service/good and getting paid for it. Doing work in your garden is not a profession. Hunting, or gathering, are not professions unless you are paid for them,and those guys weren't. Providing sexual favors in exchange for the fruit of someone's labor is a profession. That's why prostitution is the oldest profession.

You are right, absolutely. I think I maybe expressed that poorly, I didn't mean prime as an age thing, but as in star status. But then again, you are right, Mark Hamill or Carrie Fisher weren't stars either anymore, even though in their case I think it is more a beloved franchise, very beloved characters, the revitalization that Star Wars being bought by Disney brought to the franchise and, of course, a great deal of nostalgia. If that feeling helps you, sure, go for it. Can I offer some advice though? maintaining hate actually tends to drain you of energy and make you bitter and unhappy.
