A few of years ago, used to drink on the weekends with friends, mostly vodka, and by drink I mean "get shitfaced". I dropped it when I got a decent job (still employed there)- making good money, got myself a nice brand new car, enjoying each days without waiting to poisoning myself in friday. A nice bonus is a beer or two is enough to give me a nice, calm buzz. Don't go to "support" groups, don't surround yourself with pitiful people.

I somehow survived a year in tech support for a big ISP a decade ago, it was slavery- timed pee breaks, sales quota (yes, in TECH SUPPORT), insane calls per hours quota. Then you have physical work, my brother broke his break by age 30 getting up every day at 4am to deliver ice cream. I'm Israeli, IDF female soldiers does not take part in operation in hostile territories. Theres one unit- "Karkal" ("Lynx" in hebrew) which combine male and female soldiers, they operate mostly at the southern borders of ISR. Well, it did woke abit of narcissism in me over the last couple of years, I learned to put myself on the top of my priorities.
