My older friend started making people to whom he lent money sign a confession of judgment which is basically a preemptive judgment in your favor specifying loan amount and date by which to be repaid or otherwise interest will accrue at x percent. 2	There is no greater success than rising after you've fallen I have to disagree here. The ultimate act of selfishness is to expect someone else to live for your gratification when that person lives in continual agony, oftentimes for years, sees no way out, and effectively seeks to euthanize themselves.
