Yeah, you know, it's not always as nefarious. At least about 15-20 years ago, when I grew up, society was very much focused on sex. There was a lot of pressure to have sex, as it was supposedly the be all, end all. And if you really loved your boyfriend, you "gave" him sex. So, who's manipulated in this scenario? Believe me when I say that this mindset of "you ought to have sex!" is very harmful. It would be a lot better if people weren't pushed into having/providing sex they don't intrinsically…

If you're really curious, you might want to read stuff on the dynamics of abusive relationships. It's a well-known fact that many victims of domestic abuse need several attempts to free themselves of their abuser as the abuser isn't abusive all of the time. At times, they're also kind and caring, which is a real mindfuck - especially, for people who grew up in dysfunctional families and never really learned what truly healthy relationships look like (this doesn't only afflict the socially depriv…

I think we should differentiate between the legal definition of rape/sexual assault and sexually abusive behavior. You are correct that in many "grey" instances it won't be possible for a court to prove that it was rape. As frustrating as it is, this "innocent unless proven guilty" approach is correct. However, there's no question that a lot of behaviors are sexually abusive, even if not punishable by law: - Repeatedly asking for/waking your partner up for sex, unless the other gives in (sleep d…

It's crazy that you compare women rejecting men because of their looks (no deception involved) to men lying to women to get sex (willful betrayal). At least, make it somewhat comparable, e.g. women leading guys on to receive free stuff.

So, maybe, it isn't a bait and switch? But that she lost the attraction during the relationship, after fights and picking up his dirty underwear? Why is that never considered by red pill guys?

Because only the best fathers gain sole custody. It's selection bias par excellence.

Yes. A dick is a dick and if I like how he uses it, what's missing?

So, in your example, the woman does her job as she raises the kid as a single mom. The man however, as a deadbeat dad, doesn't do his job as a parent (he neither parents nor pays child support). But yet you want other women to foot the bill when a man doesn't step up to his responsibility. This makes no sense, even in your own logic.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
