According to the dominant narrative, if women with prestigious jobs can't find partners, well it's men's fault because "muh, they're afraid of strong women". Which conveniently leaves out the fact that with these women, it's the 80/20 or 6-6-6 rules of dating on steroids.

Even worse, if you live in a country with a strong welfare state, a good chunk of your paycheck will be taxed to provide universal daycare and family allowances , so you're unwillingly supporting other peoples' kids - often single moms.

Not only do they complain about ''where are all the good men'', but when a high profile battery case (or worse) comes up, the feminist influenced media and politicians will go in meltdown mode accusing ALL men of being assholes that need to be re-educated. It's the double standards, particularly in body shaming. It was in 2008, when H. Clinton was running against Obama to lead the Democrats. I was listening to a morning show on the French version of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. The middle aged female host was discussing politics and current affairs with two middle aged high profile female journalists. Topic number one. A magazine cover asking: Are we ready to look at H. After reading the whole article, my original skepticism has been validated. Of the four interviewed, all are in relationships. Three are queer/bi. And whatever problems they may have, it's all misoginy's fault. How shocking!
