My friend was in a child custody/ divorce case for 5 years . He was I Florida when the fights started. She just left and got another apt and furnished it to the tune of $15k on his credit card befor he could block it. I advised him to accept her demand of divorce. He reconciled and moved to Texas . Essentially almost the whole world from Africa , south america up to Japan regardless of religion or ethnicity uses or used to use water for washing poop. It's only Europeans who use paper wipe. Remember washing is different from wiping. Don't you wash your bung hole when you shower? Or you just let water flow? It doesn't allow alimony, or division of assets unless the wife contributes to tgem. It has 100% child support on father no matter how rich the ex wife is. It also gives right of custody to father when child is older than 7.
