Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? It was rhetorical. SMH. And that’s not verbal abuse my dude, that’s customer complaints, they’re mad because you are difficult or doing something wrong. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:41 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?I’m officially stop responding because I am done with this argument. It’s been 24 hrs, get over it. You didn’t change my mind or give me any new information. The conversation was useless and your arguments were weak. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:39 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?I read the department of labor document on professionalism, it talks about employer/employee interactions and diversity and shit. It doesn’t touch any professional culture what so ever. It’s not gonna tell you to wear green because it represents finance. The government cannot dictate what we wear. But the place you work for can, legally. It also won’t cover what to say, how to speak, etc. it’s like a small story on common sense. Trying to speak to people who don’t have it. So no, the government … | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:37 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Verbal abuse? How is anything I mentioned verbal abuse? I didn’t respond to it because you through it in there randomly lol. That’s weird considering we never even talked about the way people talk to each other (besides being not talking about personal stuff). I haven’t been through verbal abuse because you can be super professional and still be treated well. Aren’t you a lawyer? Not really believing that at this point. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:32 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Bro, I’m done responding to a crazy ass person like you. I’ve explained every part of what you said multiple times and it’s clear you’re someone who doesn’t give a shit about reality. Or know how to read since you keep repeating the same stuff I’ve already responded to. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:25 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? Also, the government doesn’t decide the professionalism. Your idea of that is weird. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:24 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? That’s my response, don’t like it? Too bad. You have your own opinion as do i. I’m done trying to get you to see real professionalism. https://m.economictimes.com/wealth/earn/which-colours-can-help-you-professionally/amp_articleshow/57578853.cms https://www.umassglobal.edu/news-and-events/blog/professionalism-and-workplace-etiquette https://www.desales.edu/career-success/seeking-success-career-blog/career-development-center-blog/2021/10/27/tattoos-and-piercings-in-the-workplace Use these article… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:21 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? It’s family law, asshole, the clients can be going through a divorced, restraining orders, child support, etc. she deals with mainly people who speak only Spanish. I live in a shitty city so most people are low income so she helps they not get fucked over by the government (who’s more shady). So even in a low income office, we’re more professional than you. Go to Japan and act the way you are. You whole vibe is progressive which means it’s more acceptable. It’s funny how you can insult my work w… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 04:06 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Only the paralegal dresses professionally? And you clearly need a reality check. Or you don’t understand. Nothing I said was wrong. It’s not even strict at all. If a beauty school or a sandwich shop is more professional than you… you should worry. Or maybe accept that you’re only a little bit professional. It wasn’t until recently people started to hire candidates that have visible tattoos and facial piercings. Don’t act like there’s not different levels of professionalism and that perhaps we’re… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 06:26 AM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?First. I’m not a paralegal, I work in a paralegal office. Second. It’s not corporate it’s family owned. Thirdly, saying that I work in a paralegal office nothing to do with my original opinion and everything to do with background context towards my knowledge about different types of government since I’m familiar with them. Which gives context to my response to a girl who is works in state government. Fourthly. I’m not lecturing, I’m in a heated debate about something that can only be opinion. An… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 03:14 AM
| – | Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Did I say fact? I said “I feel” “I believe” “it should be”. Everyone’s version of professionalism is opinion and never fact. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/12/23 03:08 AM |
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Great, that’s not gonna change my mind. Nothing I say applies to you. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:23 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Dude this isn’t about you. I said you under my exception list and you’re still arguing like you’re not. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:19 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? When I got a nose piercing, I was still hired under the condition that I remove it at work. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:17 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? You’re the type of person who puts words in people’s mouth during an argument so you can suddenly become the victim. No one said you’d be unemployable. The argument was about what professionalism is not whether it decreases your chances in getting hired. You just have to sacrifice your personal style for 8 hours 5 days out of the week. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:16 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Firstly, I disagree with your first statement which is why I haven’t admitted to it because I don’t believe in it. Secondly, I can still be my own version of professional in all professional settings no matter the type of environment since it’s already conservative anyway. Neither side would have a problem. You probably wouldn’t be able to work in traditional settings. Hell, I’m in cosmetology school and we can only wear black and white clothing and no jeans. So if I’m always seeing professional… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:11 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Lmao I know, which is why I said you must either be in an unimportant to the client position or in a progressive environment (which you STILL don’t acknowledge!) | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 09:01 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Girl, I work in a paralegal office. Downtown is where the court houses and stuff is. Local government is under my local business category. If you were working for the state, I’d be surprised (maybe you position doesn’t require in person interaction or to be seen by clients or potential partners). If you’re working for the county or city then I’m not surprised at all. You’re clearly in a progressive environment which you seem keen to ignore so you are clearly apart of my exception list. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 08:57 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?I never said it was universal, my guy. And you clearly didn’t get the professional memo. I also said that it depends on whether you’re in a progressive or conservative environment. While more work places are becoming more accepting of tattoos and colored hair… the serious professional side of the work force is still traditional. Especially when working with other companies in other countries. Japan clients would not appreciate your version of professionalism and may back out. Some middle eastern… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 08:46 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Almost like pink can be a neutral color. And if you’re wearing hot pink, yeah imma think it’s a bit unprofessional. You keep your little mindset if you’re applying at a jewelry store or a real office. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 06:25 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? You’re career is not what I’m talking about. While “patient” gives me an idea of you’re career, I think the medical field is an exception considering the uniform but perhaps doctors who where lab coats (like scientists, surgeons, psychiatrists, etc.) would follow the same guidelines I’m suggesting is professional. Piercings are okay, but even in fast food you have to take them out or transfer to clear studs. And tattoos on your knuckles face neck shouldn’t be allowed at all. Other things are bas… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 02:50 AM

Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Which is why I had said that conversing about personal stuff is reserved for lunch, breaks, outside of the office. Maybe even if all the work is done. But doing tik toks, gossiping about other people, talking about random tv shows or what happen on a date earlier that week when there’s plenty of work to be done. And if you’re not the type of person to procrastinate work or enjoys getting paid for doing nothing then you’re not who I’m talking about. (Also ice breakers are a rare thing so if you’r… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 07/12/23 02:35 AM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? You can say that but it’s not true. I don’t know what to tell you there lol. Maybe come up with something else. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/23 10:46 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? You can hide tattoos and ear piercings are not counted obviously. Like if you have a tattoo on your shoulder that’s fine. On your thigh. That’s fine. On your chest, hands, face, neck, that’s not fine. And almost every woman wears earrings… it’s probably more common for men to get in trouble with their earrings than women in the professional setting. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/23 10:45 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? In a professional setting. When you’re working, I find it inappropriate to get personal. That’s for lunch or break or after work or coworkers a bar. Not when you’re getting paid to work. And neutral colors has and will always be considered professional. Don’t like it? Don’t work in a professional setting. These things are already usually mandatory unless you’re in a progressive environment. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/23 10:42 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Yes, everyone need wear neutral colors, subtle scents, inside voices, proper grammar, lack of skin, tattoos or piercings, non distracting jewelry, lack of personal conversations while on the clock, etc. should be practiced in professional setting. That’s called being an adult. if you want to be distracting and yourself, do it on your free time not on someone else‘s dime. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/23 09:19 PM
Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim?Seems like you don’t understand what professional means | /r/PurplePillDebate | 06/12/23 09:15 PM
