This is true but in reality humans need small amounts of glycogen that can be easily from proteins via gluconeogenesis as is the case while being on a ketogenic diet.

So let me get this right, you're saying that fitness and intelligence are both dependent on biology to more or less the same extent? Not exactly. I'm saying that people evolve in certain ways, black people evolved to be best within their environment (which is less IQ taxing). Any example of black person who actually is intelligent is an exception that proves the rule; same as any white person who plays the NBA is exceptional across white population. Intelligence seems much more dependent on cult…

Black has nothing to do with it. Yes it does in exactly the same way why NBA is full of blacks (their fitness advantage) or US universities have higher standards for asians (their IQ advantage). -- edit I've added brackets because TRP is full of morons these days (clear implication from @notablackmamba upvotes).

You can agree all you want. It's your opinion. I want facts thus pics or gtfo. (Before+after; only after would prove nothing.) Also when someone lies about one thing his credibility goes down. In this case I strongly suspect that OP is lying about something that I have reasonable amount of knowledge thus I am skeptical about his other revelations.

Your reasoning about pure genetics does not make sense. We as humans evolve and white black people who went north (which had more difficult environment) evolved differently than black people who stayed in Africa. They became white and some of their stats improved (IQ) while others degraded (fitness). Wrt IQ being correlated with socioeconomics – it's true only up until some point. Yes it does affect your child how much money you make and invest in them but if you think that you can take black, w…

This is clearly bunch of BS. With regard to your progress after 4 months of SL and 2 months of fucking-around pics or gtfo.

I agree with you that on average blacks are more physically fit however you mentioning dominating is your wet dream. We as humans dominate mainly by our brains, not our strength so it follows that blacks < whites < asians. Where the difference between whites and asians isn't as big as it is between blacks and other races.

Any honest person realizes that American black people are, on average, dumb. SJW hate this. Blacks also.

Tell me, if my true self likes the taste of lamb but I have never eaten a lamb how would I know that I really like lamb before trying it out? Getting out of your comfort zone is exactly training you to be someone else. Anyway by now you either grasp it or you will go with your pointless advice, EOT.

No. Be yourself advice is always bad. You acquire knowledge and with time, energy & experience comes wisdom but at the end you're completely different person that you were at the beginning. If you would hold yourself true to be yourself advice you would oppose change – why change if you want to just be yourself. I get your other meaning, i.e. be confident in your own skin regardless of circumstances but then again I will backfall to my previous assessment – you're giving advice through your own …

Wear whatever you want and be confident in it. Sounds strangely similar to just be yourself. This kind of advice is stupid and your backup argument (that you have no problem with girls) just reaffirms that you did not thought this through. We don't care about single data points. They are irrelevant, you are irrelevant. What is important are numbers – in numbers we trust. Average guy will get better results with better style. Not to mention that, like any endeavour, developing style changes not o…

Disregard OP's opinion. Backpacks & bags are tools, and men use tools. Good advice should be – find a backpack / bag that goes well with your style.

For starters your advice about cycling bulk/cut. I wouldn't recommend that approach but I've seen people that succeeded at it (exceptions). Therefore I believe that general advice wrt bulking is do a slow-bulk. Only small subset of general population is suited for standard bulk/cut while maintaining ok-ish physique. Your split routine will result in chicken legs which again is OK but you should mention that to someone who isn't experienced. Tip about magical powers of casein is broscience. Eithe…

Congrats on the progress. One point: 4 months of 5x5, 3 times a week, at 35. No, you're not mostly muscles but you can post pics (and init/fin stats) and prove me wrong. I add this only because I'm tired of constant hyping for 5x5/3x5. Yes, FBW routines are good but don't expect spectacular results in 3/6/9/12 months. You will progress but to achieve admirable physique it will take more time and you will switch to intermediate routine along the way (i.e. on base SS3x5 or SL5x5 no way IMO). Unles…

The world as we know it is the West. The only reason you're able to voice your silly opinion is precisely because Western culture is so superior to any other culture on Earth. Now tell me what exactly muslims or ant other culture on Earth can offer me to better my life? Could you give me any other culture from the past that were able to do so? Western thought that started in Greece was and is the greatest achievement in the history of humankind thus far. It allowed us to advance beyond dreams. W…

You're arguing from a position of a dreamer. Reality looks different, if you will open borders then more aggressive culture wins (even if they do work for your old generations pensions). Further discussion is pointless.

Schopenhauer first and foremost. Nietzsche would agree with me as he studied him immensely. Although if we talk about 'pure' philosophy Kant would take precedence and here again Schopenahuer himself would agree with me ;). I'm not even gonna mention greeks... oops. Sadly people at TRP (at least those who post comments) usually don't know shit about philosophy (or books in general recommending same authors all the fucking time; Marcus Aurelius over 9000) but I don't blame them – time is finite an…

I had exact same experience after I put off sugary drinks 3 years ago. That's why these companies promote drinking sugary soda ice-cold – because you don't feel the sweetness as much. As a side note, now whenever I remind myself that as a teenager I was able to drink 2L of Coca-Cola in one evening I feel sick. Information is power. Internet truly empowers humanity. It's the most important invention since writing.

It reminded me of a quote from The Catcher in the Rye. "The thing is, most of the time when you're coming pretty close to doing it with a girl – a girl that isn't a prostitute or anything, I mean – she keeps telling you to stop. The trouble with me is, I stop. Most guys don't." Bear in mind that authors speak their mind through the mouths of their characters. Protagonist in this book is portrayed as a typical beta that hates everything and everyone. Make no mistake betas do see all these contrad…

I think it's a rather weak piece. But we both agree that this definitely did not happen and you don't need to be a fucking genius to figure out why. Which is funny because lately (and by lately I mean ~1 year) there is more & more morons around this sub who believe anything that plays according to the RP narrative.

If they're attracted to IQ when it translates to status or power then they're not attracted to IQ – they're attracted to status or power. And again only because associating with such male can bring them status or power not because they see him as respectable stand-alone entity. I'm not really arguing here, just extending your thought.

No, it's not about IQ being sexy or not although your examples are good. As usual with women, they don't like IQ per se – they like what IQ can produce. Your examples are good but your conclusion isn't. Women are far more utilitarian than men (thanks to solipsism) that's why with them it's never about anything per se, it's always what that X thing gives me. Men on the other hand like to see this things as disjoint entities where e.g. high IQ is in itself viewed as good quality even if it brings …

Yes, a fat person can give you legit advice that if you will eat below maintenance then you will lose fat. However, this is not a sound advice and by default it does not lead anywhere. If you want to get somewhere you need to learn how to calculate & control your calories. A person who would give you the know-how about diet is the person that input is valuable. You're not that person, you're this fat fuck who says eat less and you'll lose weight (drops mic) when I'm asking how to eat less?. Don'…

Asking for facts to back up your statement is not ad hominem argument. Saying that your advice must be wrong because you're a stupid college drop-out is ad hominem argument. In the second scenario I discredit your advice based on preconception than college drop-out can't be right. In the first I don't discredit anything – I ask for further evidence. @MoneyStatusLooks simply asked do you run such a business? If so then provide us with facts how to succeed in such venture. If you don't wish to – o…

+1 for your elaboration on this point. Your mention of age is also very important thing that I missed. People should have more true to themselves e.g. after certain age (let say 30+) you won't achieve much in OW if you didn't do anything before while in Powerlifting you still can hence it's more fruitful choice.

I don't agree with you on olympic if by olympic you meant olympic weightlifting. Your advice on waiting until you can squat 2-3xBW or deadlift 3xBW to even start OW is, plainly speaking, stupid. Here's my take: If you can high bar squat your BW with perfect form (ass-to-grass) and you actually fancy OW then go for it. Sooner you start sooner you will get the technique and technique in OW is the most important factor (hard to learn – perfecting it can take months if not years and some people will…

Yes. For example voting. I do not believe that women as a collective are able to make rational decisions, therefore they shouldn't be allowed to vote in the same manner as children/teenagers. Bear in mind that I see how ridiculous that sounds without any further arguments which I will not provide because one could write a whole book on this matter and still fail to convince the other side to one's argument; you either get it or not. As a closing point I would want to leave you with this: I had s…

There was a time when feminism was absolutely ok - up into the 80 > maybe, where woman did not have the same rights as men. Don't you think thats a reasonable request? No, I don't. Men bring more to the table than women, hence should have more rights than women. This is of course an oversimplification but I hope you get my point.
