You make a fair point, navigating through the work/family balance isn’t easy at all and finding a woman who can have somewhat of mastery of these things is a gem. Looks are important no doubt, but a sound intellect is also desirable (at least it is for me)

Truth be told as someone who lives there it’s really not all that wow especially in the Gulf. It’s just as materialistic if not more than the West and the Islamic atmosphere is slowly eroding unfortunately :( That being said, Dar al Islam is still a preferable alternative to Dar al Kufr when it comes to raising children despite the few drawbacks
