You're basically forced to stay there until she decides to call the cops and gets an order of protection against you. Unfortunately, the first person who calls the cops usually win. 1	False Domestic Abuse Allegations Get an order of protection immediately!!!! Sometimes you can petition the court so that you're not penalized for abandonment if you move out for your own safety. Put recording devices and cameras up all around the house. Try to hide them. If she calls, and you get a weak cop, incompetent DV investigator, or female prosecutor, its OVER for you!!!
