It's more of a matter of frame. You're telling her to study with you confidently. That radiant confidence is attractive, and it makes her less likely to refuse. Anyway as much as I like stayinghungry's post, I'd advise against just talking plainly about the class. Give her a funny observation and build up attraction. Once she's hooked, qualify her and then bust out the "Let's study" line.

This idea is brilliant, definitely consider it, OP.

I was walking once when I collided with another guy. Neither of us had any intention of getting out of the way prior to the collision. He gave me the usual "Dude what the fuck" reaction and I just said "Haha, it was pretty stupid that neither of us moved out of the way." His reaction completely changed, he kind of laughed and it definitely diffused the situation.

Heavy work load this week, but I'm going to shoot her a text to get some food tonight, and then probably will go for day 3 this weekend. No guarantee on whether or not I'm getting into anything exclusive though.

Haha, I only use a Zippo. Bics aren't for AFCs though lol, those cheap 50 cent ones are.

I was walking home one night and these 3 guys behind me opened a 3-set just by having 1 guy simply say "Joe's." to which the girls quickly responded "No." The 3 guys laughed and one said "It was worth a try, Sam." Aspire for that attitude with your friends. If you fail, your friends are there to laugh at you, support you, whatever you need. It's really good to just relax while you're gaming and look at everything objectively. Friends are just a good safety net.

Perhaps it was the weed, but kino became such a natural thing at this point. How exactly did I fall victim to self attribution bias? Despite your condescension, I know what that is and I have to disagree that I claimed the seduction was all my own skill. If you read any of the other posts in the thread you'd see I attributed a lot of this FR's success to my innate connection to the girl which is a completely external factor.

If you could, really share that with your friends. I really feel the dating world would be a lot more fun if women were as proactive about it as men. Here on seddit, a general rule taught is if you think a girl is attractive or interesting, there's no reason to not give her a try. The same is true for girls.

The highlight of his post is the massive advantage girls get in opening a guy. Do that more often and I guarantee you'll find guys that are interested in building a relationship with such a confident, sociable girl.

Dude, what do you want to talk about? Talk about THAT. I talk about majors to see if the girl is actually interested in her schooling, I talk about music to see if we like similar things, maybe I'll ask her where she's from and see what it was like there. Engage the conversation and you'll have a better time, which will result in her having a better time.

This one I have to attribute a large part to our general compatibility as people. I certainly applied eye contact and confidence to the conversation while trying to remain relaxed and occasionally indifferent, but the girl was very interesting and had very clear attraction to me as well. Our kino really just kept happening. I felt comfortable touching her arms and I was guiding her physically when we were smoking weed, so it was something we were accustomed to from the start. Also, I've been doi…

I guess if you pay attention to the literally 3 lines in that 22 line post that talk about drugs/alcohol and ignore the other 19 that explained the process, it might seem that way.

No, in reality there's no such thing as a divisive set of "steps" involved in seduction. Attraction and comfort are two things that you build, and this can be irregularly and erratically. Do you seriously have a checklist in your head that you check off each time you "complete a step?"

Do you really think following a specific formula always works given the sheer variability of social encounters? Not likely. No such thing as a concrete set of steps one has to follow, every situation is different.

Plow through. You're outcome dependent, so drop that shit. It doesn't matter if the girl likes you or doesn't like you, there's always another one to go to. Seriously, you're not going to get any advice other than to keep opening sets, and that's for a good reason. Try to enjoy everything that happens, try to look at it objectively, making adjustments where you deem necessary. If you're into MMORPGs, maybe you could think of your life as a character you're leveling up. Are you going to break dow…

As a finance major, I was going to come in here and say this. I'm not particularly passionate about finance, but I'm able to use it as a DHV relatively subtly.

Declare your preference for where you want to sit and bring her there. There's really nothing special to it.

Haha, I'm the same way. Maybe I shouldn't give advice I can't follow! And yeah a lot of girls open me asking for a lighter or a square and sometimes I'll just work with that. You could still open a set of smokers though. They aren't going to blow you out just because you won't have a cigarette.

"you sure? it may not be safe to go alone" You forgot to whip it out and say "Take this" Other than that you did a fine job, I came in here expecting you to have bought her flowers or something.

That's not really what OP said at all. It's not about finding an identity and chaining yourself to it, it's about displaying how self-actualized you are. It's a desirable trait, knowing who you are and being able to describe it.

Similar situation here. I love smoking and don't plan on quitting though. I actually had success last night due largely to smoking, which I'll post an FR about soon. Do you smoke all the time or just in those social situations? If the former, then switch to the latter.

You described it as not being able to "steer" the conversation. Sounds like a few issues deriving mostly from underdeveloped communication skills and lack of confidence. It also sounds like you weren't listening to her. You had to "spot" an opening for a kiss. Engage the conversation and take it in the direction you want. I want to call attention to that steering the conversation remark. That's really what you just should be doing. You don't have to "spot" an opening, you can make an opening. Al…

Absolutely noted, and I definitely think I'll be taking a look into linguistics... There seems to a be lot going on there and I'd like to have a handle on it.
