I remember this BS. Most of that is pulled out of their ass but the land owner crap is the biggest lie. Most land is owned by governments and that little queen in buckingham owns about 1/3rd of the world all by herself.

I read a study some 10 years ago. The top 1.9% of guys on college campuses were having the vast majority of sex (70-90% I forget) and averaged around 47 partners per year. I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like today.

And then everyone clapped. kidding, ive been there myself a few times and although this seems petty, most folks whove never been there won’t realize this is a massive win for you. Not because you’ve turned down some chick or fed her own BS to her, but because you have confirmed a level of self respect you’ve never had for yourself before.
