I think what they're saying is they identified that number to be 140 million. So if he's entitled to half, he'd get 70 million. That the way I read it. Not anymore than gay rights overlaps libertarianism, or that the civil rights movement overlaps with libertarianism. 6	People focus on "toxic masculinity" when women actually have worse overall mental health. It could also mean that men aren't getting diagnosed. The study refers to cases of mental illness as described by a diagnosis. I think that's something #internationalMensDay is trying to bring attention to. Maybe men aren't being diagnosed because men aren't seeking treatment.
