| 1 | 3 Steps to Quickly Getting Over Your ExI respectfully disagree with defriending on FB. I find it works better to just unfollow, and make sure her posts don't show up on my feed. Looks less passive aggressive this way. Also, I delete her number from my phone, but make sure I know the zip code well enough so if she calls or texts, I'll know its her.
