No? Feminism pursues equality. If you want to look your sister/daughter/mother in the eye and tell them they will have it rough and you are fine with that, good for you - I am not. By the way feminism also fights for equality for men. - Men should cry and be able to show emotions - Wearing feminine clothing without being judged - Being openly gay, without being seen as "less manly" - Less pressure to shoulder all responsibilities So yes, you do need feminism. Not my fault you guys decide to live…

What you are saying is, if we cannot have it good in every regard, women shouldn’t have a shot either. Equality doesn’t mean that I have to be feminist and at the same time be against male equality in other aspects. It simply means that I acknowledge that women have it tougher in a lot of ways which needs to be worked on. Why do I have to pick a side here? Men‘s mental health needs more attention, female on male violence needs attention. Simply calling feminism bad only because it isn’t only for…

Who are „they“? There are idiots taking it too far in every possible movement. Look up feminism and tell me it’s bad. Do you seriously want to tell me, that you want your sister/mother/daughter to have less opportunities in life than males? You associate feminazis with feminism as a whole, generalisation never helps. Look at all my comments, they just get downvoted because some fuckers disagree. It’s not the purpose of the downvote, you do exactly what you say „those“ feminists do.

Sadly, this is a very good and fitting analogy. Some self proclaimed feminists really damage the cause of feminism which I think deserves support in its idea for equality.

Why shouldn’t you? Equality doesn’t exactly sound bad.

Yeah, very unfortunate. That is a good way to lose support, I hope they will realise that at some point.

Sure, but those who call themselves feminists and actually are just toxic against males shouldn’t be seen as representing of the cause, I‘d say.

Those aren't feminists. Feminists would actually welcome the idea that a woman can be the abuser in a relationship too. That being said, if you're not a feminist, you should be.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
