You are looking for that shortcut, easier way, because you dont wanna work that hard for it. 2	"At least once a day, do something you don't want to do." I think that hot shower opens your pores while cold shower retracts them. Thats why i always shower with hot water first, soap myself while im feeling the heat and then i wash it down with cold water.
