How and when do you convey to a guy that you don't want to have sex until monogamy is agreed upon? My N-count is literally 2 at 27, I don't like the idea of sleeping around or having my partner sleep around. However, I know a lot of guys get insulted or think you're trying to gain the upper hand when you mention this. I'm not. I just don't want to share sex partners because 1) health risks and 2) I will only feel comfortable enough to enjoy sex if I know we're monogamous

He fingered me to orgasm after. It was fine in that regard. I think he's too young to have viagra around.

I suspect it's substance use (he did a lot of coke that night), and possibly depression. I feel like I don't want to make him feel uncomfortable though by bringing it up.

Definitely not stepping into that role. we're not good for each other, besides there's other stuff (family pressure, etc) that would make it impossible. I'm just saying I think it would be better for him to seek out a healthy relationship to have sex in.

Yeah... I'm just naturally an empathetic and loving person which is why I avoid FWB type situations nowadays. It just so happened that I was in a particular mood when he contacted me. The thing is - I think he does need emotional support from someone. I think a healthy relationship would be better for him than casual sex.

Ok, I'm having a hard time processing this and didn't want to make a whole post about it elsewhere. An old FWB contacted me to hang out over New Years. We were both really excited to see each other. However, he had really bad performance anxiety both nights we met up and could not maintain an erection. He was also visibly much skinnier and not as healthy as when I had seen him last. I tried to be supportive and told him I was happy being there and just cuddling him and giving each other massages…

Yeah you're right. :/ I'm great in some ways too, but I just have really bad self-esteem for whatever reason.

Did you find similar chemistry with someone else?

Girl no! Please don't spend time here. Go out and play. 17 is such a fun age. No need to be worried about this stuff until like maybe 25. And that's a maybe. Think instead about how you can become an interesting person. Travel, learn a language, learn an instrument, get better at a sport... Your brain is still somewhat plastic at 17. That's what I would tell myself if I could go back in time.

I'm talking about stuff on paper.- good job, good car, tall, athlete - that type of thing. You're right though. There are aspects of his personality I would never have been able to ascertain given the short amount of time we spent together.

[Serious] Any advice for a woman who's been alpha-widowed? I dated this guy for a month and he was PERFECT. Like... literally perfect. We went on dates had sex a couple times and he said this wasn't what he was looking for... and that was it. Boom. Done. I don't know 100% what his true intentions were, but I will say I goaded him into sex both times while he wanted to wait, talk, and get to know me first. I know. I KNOW. i made a mistake. And I'm now realizing that I will likely never meet someo…

I assume you mean he didn't seem that into me? Which, yes, I agree with, which made me feel less inclined to have sex with him obviously

Whoa sounds like me but I’m 27. The inexperience can be really annoying to deal with. It’s like no one wants to take a chance on you. Or they think something’s wrong with you for not having had relationships or a lot of sex. Also sex means so much to me mainly because I haven’t had a lot of it

Yeah you get it. Competition’s pretty fierce here for the few attractive, educated guys.

I was a virgin till 25. Had sex 4 times (across 2 partners) since then and I'm 27. I left religion, and when I entered the dating sex scene this is what I've realized: There needs to be intense attraction for sex to happen for me. I'm a slim, pretty woman, but nothing amazing (we're a dime a dozen). I'm also a POC, which decreases my dating pool somewhat. By attraction, I not only mean physical attraction, but I have to be attracted to the type of person they are, which is usually extroverted an…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
