4	[FR] Tested out eye contact on NYC mass transit yesterday... As a guy who naturally looks people in the eye a lot when talking I've found that most people aren't able to hold eye contact for long periods of time. So it never really ends up as a staredown since the other person will probably look away rather quickly. And if they do maintain eye contact for a longer period of time there's a big chance they're just messing with you.
