| 7 | Yet Another College Loses a Due Process CaseThe university holds the hearing to decide if the student code of conduct has been violated, they dont have jurisdiction over actual criminal cases. This isn't a court of law, so the university is limited to academic probation, expulsion, etc. And it isn't held to the same standard.
