That’s why people say it’s a numbers game. You have to tilt the numbers in your favor.

You don’t respect yourself and that’s why she does what she does. Grow up, divorce her, and move on.

There’s a lot of helpful comments here. One of the things that has helped me is therapy and coaching. I’ve been diligent about identifying my triggers and forming a strategic 5 and 10 year life plan. It’s made me feel more confident in who I am (even my ugly sides), aware of what I want in life and don’t want, and allowed me to stay cool in high stress situations. All things that have helped with women.

This is the easiest thing to do, especially in the USA. You can commit 4 to 6 yrs of your life to going to evening classes at a community college, spending free time learning how to code, joining an apprenticeship to land a union job, or pursuing a masters and can go from making 45k to over 100k. If you can’t do something that’s as linear as leveling up your career, other aspects of self improvement are going to kick your ass.

I’m in my early 30s and I’m averaging about 30 a year. My 20s were not like this. Lucky if I got 5.

Now is the time to step up and do all you can to protect yourself and the members of your tribe/community. That means no parties.

Go to therapy. The world isn’t out to get you just like it’s not there to cuddle you like a baby. You need to be at peace with what happened to you.

Ask people for a spot. I’ve made some good guy friends this way. It’s also a good way to learn from guys stronger and bigger than you.

Take care of your depression. It sounds like you’re letting people have control over your life. I have depression and high level anxiety and have a lot of women friends. I love them and they send their friends my way for me to hook up with. It only works because I set clear boundaries like with any relationship and am direct about what I want and will tolerate. I wouldn’t be able to do that though unless I was taking care of myself first.

I don't feel bad for guys like this. She told him straight up she wanted him to work on his body. You should also never stop investing in yourself. Being married is no excuse for letting yourself go. Normal BMI don't mean shit. Balding? Shave that shit off. Weak men make me sick.

Great FR. My question is when I go out with awkward girls, they tend to be quiet. Do you focus the conversation so that they ask questions? Shift it so that you lead and talk more? What are your tips?

Awesome FR, I learned a lot. How did you deal with any of the guys that tried to get in the way?

A great example is Barack choosing Hillary after the election to serve on his cabinet. Fucking A+ move.

Eh. The ancient Greeks fucked each other in the ass, way before feminism. I also wish the TRP wasn't as homophobic as this but whatever.

I agree with what everyone has said so far. The other thing I would add is to control your breathing. That means making sure you're taking slow deep breaths and using your nose rather than your mouth. The more calm you are, the better control you'll have over your vocal range.

You're most likely rambling because you're uncomfortable with what you're saying or not as confident as you should be. After all, you could say the same thing about talking quickly. My tip would be to create an outline of what you plan to say, or a list of 3 points you plan to hit. Once it's covered, shut up and smile.

I'm pretty good at public speaking, especially in front of large groups. My tips are as follows: Have good posture (stand up straight, you own the fucking room when you speak! Be proud of that!) use your hands to add to what you're saying not distract from it, make eye contact with everyone in the room for a brief second or two, speak slower and take pauses longer than you would when speaking one on one with someone. It's all simple, its just a matter of practicing and believing in yourself. Ene…
