You have to tell an older person about you getting bullied. Could be anyone, your parents, a bigger older guy at the gym... If I trained at your gym and saw you getting bullied, I wouldn't have let that happen.

Started when I was 16, I'm 24 now but had a few minor breaks due to studies/injuries etc... It was hardest when I was just starting. Trained in a shitty gym in a third world country where everyone just trains for the pump with machines. Had to learn everything about strength training myself but I was so young I obviously made mistakes that cost me many injuries and impeded my progress.

Yeah I'm pretty muscular but pretty fat as well(210lbs at 5'9") classic powerlifter look. I'm really passionate about powerlifting and plan on competing, I mean I do it for the sake of the sport because lifting heavy weights is so fulfilling to me. If I have any tips to give you it's to focus on getting stronger on the big compound movements (squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press, rows, chin-ups) while bulking. Aim for 2kg weight gain per month, more if you're very skinny.

Hey, I have very shitty genetics and I've come a long way from the start. Started barely benching the empty bar. Now I squat 470 bench 350 and deadlift 550. If you're serious about training I recommend you pick up a copy of Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. It's literally impossible to not make sick gains on it if you do everything correctly.

I would do the Starting Strength program as written, just start light and add weight slowly on squats, deadlifts and overhead presses. As stated, lifting makes you feel amazing afterwards and is an amazing journey in itself. Good luck with your injuries and your life mate !

I'm pretty experienced at lifting, been lifting for years, benching 275x6 and overhead pressing 180x5. However, as good as i may be in the gym I'm a total beta with women. I just told a girl that i liked her and watched how it was not reciprocal. FeelsBadMen

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
