1	Can we learn from our interactions? What have you learnt? I used to "analyse" my interactions by reviewing whole scene and what could have been said to improve the interaction. Guess what? Bad idea, because you are overcritizing yourself as you will find more bad points than good ones; and it isn't improving self-confidence. However, what you can do is thinking in advance about what to do (like having open body language) and what to not do (telling your life like it was the next Spielberg).
