1	I need help, badly Update: I have gotten my report from the doctor and I have requested it to also get subpoenaed to the police, One of the issues still was that shortly after the incident the police did come to my house but I wasnt home at the time, and I still haven't been in contact with them. I've also gotten pictures taken of the injuries My father said he will be handling all the lawyer fees so I am waiting on that. If there's any other suggestions please do let me know. 1	I need help, badly What I'm scared of is that I know alot of people who have been in my position and they werent able to beat their cases against them in court and still get charged regardless.
