Yeah, I don’t know why but I’ve never felt like I had time to do anything. I feel like it’s already too late for me, as ridiculous as that sounds. I go to a men’s group for my porn addiction. But I’ve never done small group stuff before

These are all awesome resources man, thank so much. I really appreciate it. Joined the discord, downloaded the app. I usually do daily devotionals, but I was slacking this last week. I’m doing an Whole Bible plan but I get slowed down in the Old Testament a lot. I’ve read the whole New Testament. I’d love to hear what you have on dietary advice.

Yeah I know porn is a huge issue. It’s what caused my girlfriend to break up with me. I’ve tried blockers, but it’s so easy to get around them. I’ve heard the 90% thing before too. I lost 20 pounds at the beginning of COVID but gained it back. I’m going to hit the gym tomorrow morning, even if it’s just bench press. Need to get in there. Today I drove to the gym, but I didn’t want to go in.

Honestly I’m not completely sure. I think a lot of doubt about Christianity enters my mind when I’m quitting porn because my brain wants a hit of PMO. The world is so tempting, sometimes I want to be a hedonist. The problems that come to mind are BS ones that can’t really be solved like “well we can’t know 100% if the Gospels are true because we weren’t there and they could be lying.” It’s probably just the enemy trying to get me to watch Porn again. I read the Easy Peasy Method for Quitting Pornography. It completely changed my mindset and so far it’s worked. I went from Binging for 2 weeks straight, to not even feeling tempted to watch porn. I still get withdrawl pangs and I’ve been having very lustful thoughts. But I haven’t PMO in almost a week. The pangs and thoughts are just part of detoxing
