So i started because of diabetes and losing sight on my right eye. So i started hitting the gym hard and yeah, i had a really strict diet for a few months where i was only eating. Beans, cheese, salads, eggs, chicken. Stopped drinking sodas entirely and began cooking with only olive and avocado oil. I think the problem a lot of these women are finding with OF is that they think they can make a good living off that alone when in reality its only an extremely small margin of women that can do that.
