I'm not sure where OP is from, but I think you should allow for some cultural/national variation there. I live in southern Germany and I would rather chew off my finger nails than ask a girl for her schedule to find time for a date. I think giving two days as a choice is way better. You can still communicate which other dates/times are viable if she comes with up something reasonable.

I am a big fan of Richard Bandler's and Paul Watzlawick's work, but not so much for the game aspect of it (it's kind of a side effect at best). The most interesting point in this context is that there seems to be a strong interconnection between Watzlawick (radical constructivism), Bandler's (internal modeling) and what this lady explained about Buddhism (mind blown!). I have (yet) red only the earlyer books of the NLP library. But I can see how the whole NLP thing went from analytic/therapeutic…

TIL: I was a buddhist without knowing it. Though at some points in the talk I thought I could hear richard bandler talking. Absolutely amazing.
