To me when this happens I give myself a day off to rest of it all, but the next day I'm back on track. If I want to do it or not. It became a habit. My suggestion would be to implement or read whatever you are doing to do it every day no matter how you feel, on days you feel really good you will be thankful to yourself.

I will continue to consume RP also. I started gym with NoFap but when i got hurt i stopped and now im recovering. Im eating healthier that is for sure, fast food and sugar keeps me from sleeping, soo i no longer consume sugar except honey. I have english as 1st foreign language soo I will keep to improve it. Okay , will try after consuming more RP.

I get it. I think problem is im living in small village soo there is nowhere to go to meet girls and get much confidence. Im a bit anxious about gym since I had back pain in January becuase of it. Im reading it but i have problems since I do not understand English fully.

I have it in my "to read books". Unfortunately its not but im gonna give my best to read it. I dont think im Nice Guy , but i might have few bad things he has. I will take the advice and try to read more books but less reddit.

I play football for local club and im changing my diet already. Eating minimal sugar and healthy as possible. It slips here and there but i think im doing good job around this.

Yeah i know but the thing is want to improve i dont want to be where im now. Already discovered NoFap had 120days streak now im on around 20 days. Love NoFap im improving myself since i started it. Im thinking about turning off few social networks, but im sceptic about people contacting me. Lifting is problem since i dont have money, I can do only calisthenics.
