This also resonated with me. In my case, their mom is the active one taking them EVERYWHERE. Plane rides to Florida, long drives to the beach, arcade, cousins house, friends house, etc. I also have the soccer net and take them fishing and they honestly love those activities which allow us to bond while staying level headed and not all exhausted. The change of pace from moms super active non stop lifestyle to my more laid back approach is a good balance for them at this age (6 & 9)

Add my BM to the long list of women that fuck it all up even with co-parenting.

That Thanksgiving part hit home as it sounds similar to me except she went to her Family’s place with the kids where her AP would be. 2021 too.

I’m with you ! I’m entering year 3 and I still get those dreams. Doesn’t help we co-parent young children. Stay strong brother and keep pushing!

I started with my COMPTIA A+ cert and was able to get in the door of a nice company doing just that as a contractor. Eventually I was hired and have been at the company 10 years. Invest in yourself my brother and you will succeed. Blessings.

Lesson #1 hit me the hardest… literally 2 days after leaving the house in what I thought was a separation, she already was hanging out with her new lover.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
