Not sure about RP context, but Getting Things Done is a classic (get the book and implement it with NirvanaHQ or Todoist, or if you're an iOS user you can try Omnifocus). Add The Now Habit to that if you're a very bad procrastinator. I've also heard very good things about How to Become a Straight-A Student by Cal Newport, can't vouch for it myself but it is applicable to your situation. Other things to look into are meditation, nofap, and a strict sleep schedule.

Indeed you can, and I'm a conservative atheist myself, but there is definitely a strong correlation between the decline of religion and conservatism and the decline of traditional masculinity. A couple points can definitely make a big difference though, for example Ashkenazi Jews have a 10 pt higher IQ than whites on average and are vastly overrepresented in science (nobel prizes for one), innovation, high income and positions of power. People don't turn liberal because of the scientific methods in those studies, but because of the liberal bias that is inherent in many of them. I've had to suffer through gender studies..
