After meditating for 10 mins, I gain razor-sharp focus and could do my work for around 1 hour without faltering in concentration. Been meditating for around 2 months+. 3 times daily.

I didn't get laid but I didn't think losing frame and not staying true to myself was worth a little vag. You seem extremely butthurt about it and hamstering away that you are staying true to yourself. What a trainwreck.
