If by "feminist female supremacist lobby" you mean the Congressional Republican Caucus, then sure.

The move to include women in the draft was opposed by the top House and Senate Armed Services Republicans, Rep. Mike Rogers and Sen. Jim Inhofe. Conservative Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), who opposed the bill in the Armed Services Committee over the expansion, pushed for an amendment to strip the provision from the Senate bill. Ah yes the feminist movement known as the Republican party /s

You were already told in /r/legaladvice that this is unenforceable and that you're a fuckin moron. You CANNOT waive child support. She cannot waive child support. The courts are not stupid and will see right through any plan you try to implement to get around child support. Putting illegal clauses like this will get the whole damn prenup thrown out and you'll be left with no protection whatsoever beyond your state's default 50/50 split. Again, moving the goalposts. Not once did I say - or even remotely imply - That it's all treated exactly the same. OP said the media completely ignored this female politician stepping down, and I called him out on his lies. Then you ran in and REEEEEEEEEEEEEE'd like a retard. You must really be a fool if you don't know that those are both from the Opinion column and NYT publishes opinions from lots of different viewpoints. Be the change you want to see in the world, write up something and submit it to their opinion column. They publish conservative stuff all the time.

He's stunned that a female-centric subreddit isn't celebrating male sexual harassment. Why the hell would he be that surprised if he didn't think women in general would celebrate it? Oh noooooo not my post history, you learned I don't like Trump! How will my reputation survive?

Okay bud, time to employ a little logic. Look at the BOLA thread: 1528 points, 4077 comments. Then check out the rest of the /r/bestoflegaladvice subreddit: most threads have maybe a couple dozen points and like 40 comments. So since OP's BOLA thread hit /r/all, have you considered that maybe, just maybe, most of the people commenting on that thread aren't BOLA or /r/legaladvice regulars? Because all the regulars in there that I recognize are saying OP did the right thing.
/r/MensRights17/07/17 01:12 AM

Well then go in there and ask them if they feel the same with the genders swapped. If you do then you can rest easy knowing logical consistency exists in the world.

You see any discussion happening here? It's nothing but people moaning that no man anywhere has rights. It's a damn good thing OP didn't come here for advice, because ya'll would have told him he has no hope and should just give up.

You can't usually adopt a kid as a single person, couples take priority. You also can't give up a kid for adoption unless both parents consent. That's what putative father registries do.

I'm all about men's rights, but I oppose "Financial abortion" because that's infringing on the rights of children. I also think this subreddit is toxic as fuck, who would rather complain and post Facebook screenshots than participate in any real activism. I prefer / r /menslib. Side note, your mods block links to that subreddit, presumably because they don't want anyone advertising level-headed competition.
/r/MensRights16/05/16 04:47 PM

Woooow, so you want to outlaw adoption and safe havens too? So you're okay with children being raised by parents who don't want them and/or can't raise them properly? You're okay with the drastic rise in infanticide rates that abolishing safe havens will cause? And fuck infertile and gay couples who want to adopt, they don't deserve kids eh?
/r/MensRights16/05/16 03:08 PM

And here I was thinking this subreddit was about rights for men. Am I right in guessing you'd still want men to be able to legally abandon their kid even if abortion is banned? Right, but feminism sells itself as a movement for gender equality. That's intellectually dishonest to the masses. Feminism doesn't do anything because it's not a sentient being. Certain individuals who identify under their specific branch of feminism do that. Again, it means different things to different people. And you know what? For the first couple weeks, sure. But what about countries that offer six months of leave? Or even years? Besides, by offering leave only to women, it diminishes the role fathers play in early development and creates disincentive to hire women (since they're potentially more expensive), so really having equal leave is a win for everybody.
/r/MensRights06/04/16 08:04 PM

If a woman raising a child without support of the father is such an untenable situation, why don't we remove children from households where the father dies Well that's easy, the father is still paying child support even in death. It's call social security survivor benefits. or is in prison They'll still owe back child support when they get out.
/r/MensRights15/03/16 05:33 AM

and I think child support should be administered similar to food stamps where you can only spend it at certain places and it's illegal to sell it for cash. So then how would you spend the money on rent for a larger apartment? Or increased utility bills? What if you buy all your baby stuff on Amazon?
/r/MensRights15/03/16 05:31 AM

So you think parents should be able to sign away the right of their future child to parental support? Cool, does that mean I can sign away its right to free speech too?

There's a fuckload more cases out there, I'm not going to waste my time trying to make a list long enough to satisfy you, because you'll never be satisfied. I'm not saying it's 1:1. No fucking shit more men have died to save women than vice versa. Women aren't often taught they're even capable of doing so. So... Then you're saying it's logical to think men are biologically inclined to rape? Oh and nice job bringing up trans people. Hormones don't make them want to wear dresses, that's gender expression. Free will is also probably an illusion. Without any kind of evidence to back it up, this thought is about as meaningless as any other un-provable belief. We work off of what we know, and as far as we can tell we are very much in control of what we do. We, unlike any other living creature, are capable of deductive reasoning and deducing incredibly long-term cause and effect. Here's the thing. We are not like other animals. We are not slaves to our instincts and we are not bound by "biological basis." Was there a reason males were the hunters and females the gatherers? If you really can't see the biological difference in men and women, I don't know what to tell you. Are you saying biology tells men they aren't supposed to cry or seek help with mental illness? Biology tells men they can't be as good parents as women? Because I'm pretty sure those stem from traditional gender roles, not biology. This subreddit hates it when people say men are biologically inclined to rape (and rightfully so), why would it be any more acceptable to say other negative behaviors are innate?

You, unlike the overwhelming majority of this subreddit, try to actually do something to help men beyond bitching about tumblr. Alimony is exceedingly rare and it's your own fault if you have to pay it, as avoiding it is as simple as marrying a woman who works. Don't marry a homeless jobless bum, dumbass. You do not go to jail for contempt of court for child support unless it is proven that 1) you had the means to pay and 2) you intentionally did not pay out of spite.
/r/MensRights10/11/15 06:25 PM

Judges rarely put a parent in jail for contempt of court. Usually, it happens only if an income-withholding order and a wage garnishment won’t work. Courts recognize that a jailed parent cannot earn money to make child support payments. It's a civil jailing, not a criminal one. To be jailed for contempt, you need to "hold the keys to your own cell," so to speak. Consider Kim Davis, jailed for the same thing; she could have gotten out of jail at any time simply by agreeing to issue same sex marri…

Honestly, I think if someone wants out of the marriage, and it isn't due to trying to keep the kids safe, and no adultery, The rule should be that you give up everything, including the children, pay your share and go. That's awful and you should be ashamed of yourself. Split custody 50/50 and split joint assets the same, property owned prior to the marriage stays with the original owner. That's how it fucking should be.

They have the choice to abort, place in adoption, or to surrender They have the choice to abort because they have the right to treat the medical condition known as pregnancy. Roe v Wade was not decided based upon a woman's supposed right to choose parenthood; in fact the word "parenthood" does not appear once. Roosh is a rapey man: http://wehuntedthemammoth.com/2012/08/02/roosh-v-has-a-little-trouble-with-the-concept-of-no-tw-rape-apologia/ Roosh wants to legalize rape, plus more admitting to rape: http://wehuntedthemammoth.com/2015/02/17/pickup-guru-roosh-v-end-rape-by-making-it-legal/ There's an excerpt from one of his books where he describes raping a woman in Asia, I'll try to find it.

Even though I literally just said I'd have no problem with an assault charge. Top kek. Way to move the goal posts there little buddy.

Lol. If he'd like to press charges that's fine with me. You seem to think that throwing a drink in someone's face is gonna land you in federal prison for years. I'd gladly pay the $500 fine and 30 day probation for the privilege of tossing a beer in his face. I mean, that's what my uncle got for punching my dad in the face, can't imagine throwing a drink on a rapist is gonna net much more than that.

Pretty sure a key requirement to be a lynch mob is the lynching part.

Morally wrong? Nope, he's a piece of shit and calling him one is not violent or wrong. The only thing legally wrong was the drink getting thrown in his face but that doesn't warrant violent retaliation, you can just walk away like an adult.

Where did I say that? Please show me. I don't think you understand the difference between self defense and retaliation. And having a drink thrown on you is nothing like getting hit.

In other threads about this issue, the only feminists who have been against this are the ones against SS entirely. I haven't seen a single feminist say "no men are supposed to protect us, that's still equal rights tho." The only women who say that are traditionalists, and they usually hate feminists even more than you guys do.

Wow it's almost like even individuals within an ideology can have differences in opinion rather than it being a hivemind... There are plenty of MRAs in this thread alone who are against it as well. Frankly I'm against SS for anyone but if it's gonna be there it should be gender-neutral.

Well they seem to be pretty happy about it so...

Her goal is to make the draft gender-neutral: either both men and women should be required to register or it should be voluntary for both sexes Gotta read the article a little more closely.

Oh bullshit. They couldn't find enough evidence to prove lack of consent; fine. Rape is really, really, really hard to prove. But a lack of evidence doesn't fucking mean she's a liar! The appropriate action is to allow her to change schools like her parents wanted, not to punish her for making a claim that didn't have rock-solid evidence.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
