That's never the right way to view things. You simply have to be on a productive path of your choice that involves developing both the body and the mind, and be consistent with it for many years and you will see progress and you will be successful. But to do that, you have to enjoy the process and severely limit anything that does not help you on your path. You will never find a man who has developed his body and mind who succombs easily to his impulses.

I completely agree that therapy is not the answer for guys who are stuck in a slump. Most of the time, it is simply the fact that they either don't lift weights or they do it in lazy manner and never push themselves or they do it properly but are often sleep deprived, malnourished, lack sunlight and don't go out enough to do things that are fun. A lot of guys in this day and age just stay at home and play video games or watch movies, tv shows or social media/youtube/reddit all day whenever they …

Yeah this is so true. I think what's stopping me right now is not so much how a girl looks but the fact I am still trying to get my life together. I mean, not so long ago I was such a mess, I was lazy, I had given up on lifting, I couldn't even do my own chores and I would often sleep very little every night for dumb reasons, at least I put in the effort to pass my classes, but that's basically the only good I've done in the past couple of months. A week ago though, I started lifting again and s…

Yeah you must be right. Thanks for that change in perspective.

I disagree. If you focus on the girls who do not want you instead of the ones that do, you will end up with no experience with women so even if you do improve yourself and manage to one day attract the ones you like, you will be a completely inexperienced virgin and you will have a big challenge to overcome. Whereas if you have already slept with some women, no matter how they look, you will know the process and how it works so then you can replicate that success with any girl so as you become m…

I think anime that have a male character who is constantly striving to be the strongest who is muscular is the best thing you can watch as a man to keep your motivation high about lifting so you can never forget to stay consistent with lifting. Even when there is magic involved, the mindset of winners is always going to be extremely valuable. However, do refrain from watching anime with weak pathetic male characters because you want a good role model not a bad one. Baki the grappler and Yu Yu Ha…

I'm personally at the point where I can approach 5s and 6s and get good results but the 8s and 9s are still out of reach most of the time, and yes it is because my physique is still lacking. So I have started to work more on it. And from a youtube channel called Natural Hypertrophy, I have learned that some anime like Baki the Grappler can be great motivation to keep me focused on lifting and wanting to be muscular. I think for a lot of guys, it's like they want to just jump straight to the fini…

The obsession with pickup artist nonsense is what has been the downfall of this subreddit and the community as a whole in recent years. I've always preferred the simple approach of anti pickup people like Andy from killyourinnerloser and Chris Deoudes from good looking loser. Those guys know it's all about looking good, and they prove that gimmicks don't get you women. I don't claim to know everything but I know I can have successful cold approaches because I have done it a couple times with eas…

I think you just plan too much ahead and I am guilty of having made this same mistake so many times. You have to do it one step at a time. Just approach a woman, talk to her normally with small talk mainly trying to find common ground, ask for a number and repeat. Take them out for drinks at a bar, take the time to get to know them, and only then decide if you want to sleep with them. You should know by talking to a girl if you want to sleep with her, if you are sexually attracted. In my experie…

This is spot on. I have personally experienced this in 2 different hookups. And every single time it was because I was nervous because we had met online which is the main reason why I never attempt to just get laid now and always aim to get to know them first instead of hurrying towards sex. When you rush towards sex, you put a lot of pressure onto yourself and even if there is physical attraction, you don't even give yourself the time to discover if you even like their personality and personall…

One of the best things about the red pill is that even after spending years not consuming any more content and just trying to live a normal life, I cannot unsee all the cheating behavior and what the plantation represents and it's like a sixth sense because I can look at someone's failed relationship, sense all the mistakes and determine what went wrong. And when I date women, I have a tendency to judge harshly those who have lots of tattoos, who are alcoholic and who consume lots of hardcore dr…

While you're busy trying hard to imitate someone else's personality like a robot, I can simply be myself, approach a girl, do some small talk, find common ground, get a number, go on a few dates and get laid. Improving my physique and income serves to further increase the quantity and quality of women I can get so I am constantly improving and therefore, I am fully applying the main tenets of the red pill which are self actualization, a focus on success in my personal life and letting that do al…

First of all, there is nothing wrong with catching feelings for a girl, the important thing to keep in mind is it should not override logical thinking, it should not replace your productive lifestyle and make you lazy because what attracted her in the first place is what will keep you around. It is common for women to be attracted to muscular guys but to ask them to spend less time in the gym and it is when men do that that they fall into her frame instead or their own, and women resent them for…

It's really naive to think that getting married as a man in this day and age is a viable and worthwhile option. You get no benefits. The little tax benefits you get are automatically negated by your increase in spending for the ring, the wedding, the divorce, the alimony and the child support and it often prevents men from having investments into profitable low risk stocks because the wife would rather buy a house and spend the rest of the money on useless decorations that have no monetary value…

This sounds like it was copy pasted from dumb channels like Charisma on Command. The key to succeeding in life and in dating is to keep it as simple as possible. You have to be able to be yourself and improve yourself constantly in body and in mind so that you can attract women effortlessly. Then it mainly comes down to sexual strategy in how you treat women by never fully committing to them and just having plates as we know. A lot of guys who want to live the red pill lifestyle, who want to hav…

Yeah it sounds like OP hasn't self actualized yet. That was basically me when I was 18 and had never been to the gym, I would put women on the pedestal and would constantly wonder why none of them wanted me. Then, I have constantly strived for better gains, doing lots of research and applying it through constant effort and I made a lot of progress and women notice it and time and time again, I've been attracting more women. And the more muscular I get, the easier it gets. In the past, I was a ni…

The main point I am trying to make is that what you see in those beautiful relationships is what is known as the honeymoon phase. It happens in the beginning of the relationship where the girl's expectations are very low, but eventually there comes a point where she expects a commitment from you. The first one is usually meeting her parents, then you have to move in with her, then she expects you to propose for marriage and get married to her. The whole idea of the pump and dump is to enter a re…

I'm not saying you can't have a relationship or that women can't love you or give you affection. It's just that their love will always depend on what you give them in terms of time, money and attention, while yours will not be as conditional, so you can expect a loving relationship, but your love for their physical form alone will not be reciprocated, and they'll always expect you to do things for them, so it is a lot of time and energy. Conservatives/traditional men know this and they embrace i…

I kind of assumed you would be around 18 years old based on the way you view women. At your age, I was such a simp, I would watch romcoms like The Notebook and use it as a guide for what relationships would be like. But then I realized one very important thing, it's that women do not really love in the same way that we do. There was a video back in 2016 by Turd Flinging Monkey explaining it very well, I have since reuploaded it here: https://www.mgtow.tv/watch/mgtow-she-039-ll-never-love-you-tur…

It depends on if it is based around romantic or sexual attraction. If it is purely sexual, jerking off regularly will fix it by making you less horny when you talk to women so you will think more clearly and you will judge them based on not only how they look but how they behave also. I personally don't develop oneitis for any specific woman because I don't experience romantic attraction and for the times that I do experience sexual attraction, it is more me fantasizing about having sex with the…

First of all, don't let yourself have a oneitis situation with a girl. The moment you find yourself putting a specific girl on the pedestal, stop yourself. The way I have always dealt with women who wanted me that I was not attracted to is I would reject them either directly if they were really direct, or by ghosting if they just asked for my number. Nowadays though, I realize that it's easier to get laid with a woman who likes me already than to try to find the hottest girls who may not even no…

Yeah being 5'5" does put you at a disadvantage but if you had muscles and money, you would be way more attractive to women. Gym 2 times per week isn't going to do much unless your main goal is strength but in that case, it's not going to help your aesthetics. For aesthetics, you need to develop the muscles in the upper body with high volume training, just the triceps and biceps alone require like 15 to 20 sets per week bare minimum (for 8-12 reps) to see noticeable growth when you're no longer a…

You'll find you can attract a lot more women if you get muscular and get a higher income job. If you can't afford college, get into a trade. If you're good with computers, teach yourself a programming language and not just how to write it but how to build programs and move on to bigger and bigger projects. Women are into men who are the best in looks and income. You don't need to have millions of dollars or have a physique like Chris Hemsworth though, just being above average will do wonders for…

I find it quite interesting that a neuropsychologist diagnosed me as autistic back in 2018 but time and time again I identify more with common narcissistic traits than autistic ones. I mean here, it is literally me, I am indecisive, I lack work ethic, I lack social circle game because I struggle to keep friends around (some have even accused me of being narcissistic), and I have definitely often been manipulated when I was younger but got better at identifying it and fighting against this weakne…

What I saw was a great reminder of the core red pill rule, "She's never yours, it's only your turn." Imagine being her boyfriend, spending so much money to buy her that ring and everything, only for her to cheat on you with some random guy who sees her as a sex toy for the night. Remember, Alpha fucks, beta buxx. The thing is it does not prove that successful romantic relationships are impossible, but it does give you the lesson that if you overlook the red flags of sluttiness and cannot associa…

I never compliment their looks nowadays, I just try to find a common interest and have a good conversation based on that, if they appreciate my personality and my looks, then when I ask them out, if they're single and looking, then it is a guaranteed win. I never have to flirt or tell them anything about their looks because it is always assumed, otherwise I wouldn't be talking to them so much. By the way, I did get in some awkward situations where I would talk to guys in that manner trying to ma…

One thing I learned from this was if a girl asks how she looks, always say perfect unless she really needs to go fix something. Perfect is a bit too much, I prefer to tell them they look good, because it leaves room for doubt and doesn't give them too high of a self esteem so they don't end up thinking they look better than me. Negging them is not a good idea though, I prefer to remain somewhere in the middle. She says she has to mom in a few hours. She gives me her number before she leaves and …

Your mistake was offering to buy her a drink, the moment you do this, they view it as free-for-all access to your wallet. Last summer, I chose to go to a bar right after comic con just because I wanted to have a drink and my goal wasn't even to get laid, and of course I was wearing kind of a geeky t-shirt. So I was minding my own business drinking by myself when a guy approaches me, points to a girl at the other side of the bar and tells me she is really into me and that she wants me to buy her …
