1	How do judges view false restraining orders? I was the opposite not trying to even go to court with him because I was a child of a high conflict divorce. This bum a** filed a fake dv and claimed I was going to kidnap our daughter to Mexico when I was LITERALLY still postpartum. He then admitted he lied on record and just got a slap on the wrist. To this day he’s filed a 3rd and they keep letting him harass me with the legal system because he’s blocked on everything and I literally have zero contact other than to confirm/decline visits.	/r/Divorce_Men	02/09/25 05:04 AM
1	How do judges view false restraining orders? No offense but I’m a women on the other end with a b** a baby daddy who keeps filing fake restraining orders anytime I don’t do what he wants. They have dropped two of them and now they let him file a 3rd one. He has admitted to lying on the record so why they keep letting him file is beyond me. Our kid doesn’t even want to have visits with him anymore because he just gets high and she has to ask her dying grandma to take care of her. She’s 6 mind you.	/r/Divorce_Men	02/09/25 04:54 AM
