This is a fact, it happened to me as a plaintiff in a medical malpractice case. All of the notes the counselor took (some of which included contact that we agreed would not be recorded) was discoverable. I got grilled about it in depositions by the defense. Those notes are also discoverable If you go through a nasty divorce. My advice: tell your therapist that you want their notes sent to you after each session. If they assist upon recording info that could be used against you then end the relat…

Although these call out videos are revolting I think the people calling out the call out videos makes it seem like it’s a much bigger problem than it is. In regards to op’s position, if I see a kid in the mall who needs help, I’m helping. If a girl of any age at the gym is in a situation that necessitates assistance I will assist. I’ll carefully assess the situation first, but I won’t hesitate to assist. I don’t not drive a car because the risk of dying is greater than zero. I think these types …

It seems to me this has nothing to do with gender or men’s rights.

Sadly, this seems to be true and is one of those issues that there is very little nuance to.

Much better and more effective for the point you are trying to make. Now you’ve got me thinking.

I definitely am not the guy who comes to this forum to be a part of am echo chamber, and have been know to push back on some of the stereotypical angry male positions here but I am in 100% agreement with o.p on this one. There seems to be this new age philosophy that exists mostly among people who have left leaning attitudes (especially women) that married women owe their husbands nothing sexually. The problems in my marriage are quantity/not quality related and the issue has caused me so much p…

If your going to use a misnomer like “children” why not just keep going further. Why not call fetuses/embryos pre teens or young adults. If you were confident in your positions you would call a spade a spade (imo at least).

Ymmv, my mental health was a horror show when my wife and I first started (12 years ago)dating due to some pretty nasty trauma from the relationship that preceded ours. I was much less open back then but she incredibly supportive when I would open up to her. Over the years she has become much less warm but still stands by her man. Despite some god awful trauma I’ve gone through in the last three years that has potentially damaged my health forever. I have been able to maintain pretty solid menta…

I was very scared to have my son circumcised. I am glad we did it. Nothing wrong with having a good looking weiner. Never in my life have I heard another guy complain about a lack of sensitivity. I know lots of premature ejaculators though.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
