1	Are any of you in therapy? This is a fact, it happened to me as a plaintiff in a medical malpractice case. All of the notes the counselor took (some of which included contact that we agreed would not be recorded) was discoverable. I got grilled about it in depositions by the defense. I definitely am not the guy who comes to this forum to be a part of am echo chamber, and have been know to push back on some of the stereotypical angry male positions here but I am in 100% agreement with o.p on this one.
