Have you retained a lawyer? You need to look at values and tax implications when you do those swaps... good luck man

Lawyer up ASAP...you have rights if you assert them. Let your lawyer use the knowledge of her cheating to your advantage. Her baseless claims of abuse/fears of you can be used to destroy her credibility in court. Be strong stay cool.

For God's sake talk to a lawyer...you still might have an amicable divorce but you have to run through assets and scenarios...and might still go for spousal support and a piece of her retirement. Also look at tax issues

"...she is only allowing me.."...what is that? Why are you letting her dictate the schedule with your children? Don't let her establish "..facts on the ground..". If you can't reach a temporary agreement hire a lawyer and let a judge set the temporary schedule. Never ever let your estranged spouse dictate to you.

I can't stress this enough...do not submit anything directly to her or her lawyer if you have retained your own lawyer; your lawyer will strategize which requests are appropriate and which are just abusive. And your lawyer will want your input to create a set of questions and a list of documents to request from stbxw.

A tight but fair prenup is gold, in 36 years I never had one set aside...but it does take a family law specialist

Sounds like legal malpractice...how in the world did you do so badly? And why was her infidelity not uncovered? That why we have PI's

Agree...back when I was a divorce lawyer I drafted many ironclad prenups, never had one set aside but see a family law specialist
