Age is indeed a massive handicap in online dating if you want to score young women. Without lying about your age when setting up the profile, you become almost invisible to the <25yo group as you age towards 35.

Most of it comes down to how good one take's care of him- or herself. Body fat percentage is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, controllable factor that that will determine how people perceive your appearance. Not getting fat (or reversing the process) is one of the biggest life hacks. I've seen a lot of examples of men that look better as they get older. But I'm not sure if this is of great help with young ladies. There's a subset of young women that prefers older men, but most will prefer…

I have the same issue from time to time with side pieces. I can be rock hard in bed with someone familiar but when it's with someone new my erection sometimes disappears when the condom comes out. If this happens a couple of times it can become a vicious circle. Your mind will be focused on getting and staying hard, but your dick doesn't get hard on command. The trick is to get a cialis prescription from your doctor. Take a pill before the date and you'll still feel the effect a day later.

I asked ChatGPT for some generic advice for a struggling young man. Here's what it came up with: If you're reading this, chances are you're a young man who's feeling lost and unsure about your place in the world. You might be struggling with feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, and confusion. You might feel like you don't fit in, like no one understands you, and like you have no control over your own life. Well, I'm here to tell you that you're not alone. In fact, you're part of a growing group o…

Good question. I'm from West-Europe and while muslims dating European chicks is extremely common, it's very rare to see a non-muslim dating a muslim chick. We don't want to receive a nasty visit from all her brothers and cousins.

One thing is 100% certain: you will never lift 3 plates if you keep eating like this.

You can't gain muscle without putting on bodyweight. And you can't build muscle eating 2100kcal a day. You barely eat anything and you try to burn even more calories by doing HIIT. It's pretty obvious why you're benching only 70lbs.

This crossed my mind too last week while I was out for a run. I thought about some of the girls I fucked via Tinder and realized that to the outside world, there was zero connection between me and those girls. They're in my Whatsapp list but zero links via social media. The average woman has at least a couple of hundred friends on Facebook and Instagram. The guys she fucks outside of a relationship aren't part of that.

I'm really curious how you all rate the first woman (https://i.pinimg.com/originals/b7/c8/25/b7c8254fe202ea69e03bfd25fa634a32.jpg) from the post on the HB scale.

People try to make fat loss more complicated than it is. I lost close to 50lbs using just three pillars: 1) CICO. If your energy expenditure is higher than your energy intake you will burn fat. Don't follow a starvation diet, use a combination of cardio and calorie restriction. 2) Track everything. Use MyFitnessPal and a TDEE spreadsheet, or something similar, to track everything you do. You want to keep track of your weight, how many calories you shove into your mouth and how many calories you …

This is a very good point. We all have our ideas about what HB8s and HB9s are supposed to look like.. But when other guys start making lists or posting photos of supposed HB9s the first thing that pops in my mind is usually "that's not HB9 but a pretty HB7 at best!".

Make an appointment with your doctor, discuss your ED and ask for a solution. You will probably get cialis. Pop one of these a couple of hours before you expect to have sex and you'll feel like a teen again. The effect lasts a lot longer than viagra, it wears off after about 36 hours.

For an accurate measurement you need a Dexa scan. This will provide results on muscle and fat composition of your body parts. Also important to note is that not everyone looks the same with the same percentage of body fat. Genetics play a role here. How your body stores fat can have a big impact on how lean you look. For example, if you're a 15% BF male and your body stores fat in your hips and legs first, you will look a lot more shredded with your shirt off than a 15% BF male that stores more …

None of those. I'm 5'9" and 158lbs. I track everything I eat in MyFitnessPal. The only thing I don't track is butter/oil used for cooking so I'm actually undercounting. I've been using the TDEE 3.0 spreadsheet for 11 months now, my TDEE with 4 lifting sessions is almost always in the 2700-2800 range. And higher when I add in cardio.

My maintenance is around 2700-2800kcal. If I eat 1800kcal/day I lose roughly a kg a week.

What I meant was that even with hard training and PEDs, most people will never look as good as a guy like Mike Thurston for example.

The reality is that even with PEDs, most people are never going to look as good as their favorite fitness YouTubers or Instagrammers. The most popular guys you see on the web are often a combination of very hard work, crazy genetics and PEDs.

Not a critique specifically about this post, but one thing that's missing from most of these how-to-lift posts is a physique picture. Overall a decent post but a photo that shows the results or a series of transformation pics works more inspiring. As Kill Your Inner Loser illustrated some time ago with his Tinder posts, adding proof to your posts goes a long way.

All that talk about people not noticing or judging you is only partly true. Better to just adopt a DNGAF attitude. Because when a newbie uses a machine totally wrong, yes we notice it. My gym has a pec deck with a foot lever that helps you to get into start position. There was once a total newbie using this machine to train not only his chest but also his legs. Even the gym owner was laughing. When a guy does curls in the power cage, people think he's a douche. When a guy keeps occupying a bench…

Looks beat raw numbers. I mean, new PRs won't get me hard in the morning but that nice-looking body staring back at me in the mirror will. Not being able to pass a mirror without checking out your own muscles a bit is fun. Beginner programs like SS have merits but if you follow it to the letter and keep chugging down fuel for new PRs there is risk you become a fat fuck like Rippetoe and a lot of his acolytes. This guy was personally coached by Rippetoe. At the time of those pics his stats were c…

Hell yeah. Let's all start living in our parent's basement. Because who needs a house or a car? Living rent-free in the moldy basement is OK. Who needs a girlfriend? I'm conflicted. Part of me thinks 6 is too generous for overweight girls. Maybe 5.5 at most if she has good facial features. A true 7 can't be overweight.

Giving chicks an objective rating is really hard. For me the body plays a large role. A good looking fat chick (not grossly obese of course) with big tits can be exciting, but a slim, submissive chick is a lot more arousing for me. What do you guys think, what's the most an overweight girl can score on the HB scale?

Guilty. I'm early 30s and I've met three Tinder women significantly older than me (38 to 41). They have to look good though, I'm not interested in the typical +35 Tinder woman, and they have to make it very easy. Other than this, I'm not convinced that all women peak between 18-21. I've seen too many examples of (non-fat) girls I wasn't interested in when they were 18 that got a lot hotter by their mid-20s.

Is the average client of a prostitute a celebrity millionaire? Prostitution is legal in my country. Doesn't change anything. Do you really think girls will be nicer to you and be more willing to fuck you if they know you can shelve out 150EUR to get an hour of sex with a prostitute? If your SMV is low these girls will laugh at you.
/r/TheRedPill19/05/20 07:12 AM

Guys who go to prostitutes generally do so because they can't get it anywhere else. Their SMV is low. Girls don't want these guys.

In my early 30s here. Got braces six months ago and I'm already loving how my teeth look now. Still 1-1.5 years to go. I'm surprised by how little inconvenience they're causing me. Prostitution is legal in my country. But if you think that means things are different then I have a nice bridge in Brooklyn for you... Guys who go to prostitutes generally do so because they can't get it anywhere else. Their SMV is low. Girls don't want these guys. Going to a prostitute may or may not get your needs met but it doesn't appeal to me. There's no challenge. Obviously hookers in my country have a lot of clients as there are plenty of brothels and hookers that advertise their services…

OP mentions in another comment that he is "quite strong" because he bench presses 80kg. Make what you will of that, but benching your own BW isn't that impressive by lifting standards. He probably is stronger than the average dude (who apparently can only bench 60kg), but whatever. Can an average guy bench 60kg for reps? I find that hard to believe. The first time I benched in the gym my arms started to shake during the final reps of 4x12 with just the bar.

Name-brand logos That's mainly a thing for people of low social status. High-status people want logo's as small as possible (or even no logo at all). There's usually an inverse relation between the price of a good and the size of its logo.

To be honest, going to the gym and doing the actual lifting is just the first step. When I look at most guys in my gym, they do not have a nice body. The number of guys that lift is small and the number of guys that are jacked is even lower.

Put your analytical mind to work and start leveling up your body. If you put in the work you can drop 0.5-1kg of fat per week. Half a kilo of fat equals 3500 calories. That's 500-1000 calories a day you need to account for by eating less and burning more. Start tracking what you eat using something like https://www.myfitnesspal.com . It's a bit of work at first but once you get going it becomes easier. I lost about 25kg with the help of calorie tracking and a ton of cardio. It all comes down to …

I don't have experience with taller girls but once I did surprise a girl by picking her up and carrying her up the stairs on the first date. Overall it's not that hard if you're seeing girls of normal weight. I was able to do this even when I was out of shape and fat.

Are you reading the sidebar? I see no mention of it. You really need NMMNG. I've read most of the Reddit posts and The Book of Pook. I listened to the NMMG audio book last year while running. OYS #1 My first post here. I've been red pill aware for almost two years now but the ship is a slow turner. Stats: 31 years old, 69.5kg, 175cm. Girlfriend 32. Not married but in 16-year LTR. No kids. Lifting: Started going to the gym two months ago. My LTR of 16 years is holding up well, she still weighs under 115lbs. But she barely uses makeup and never does her nails or any other girly things like that. I liked that at first but now I would like to see her more feminine. The "chopping off their hair" thing is something I don't understand either. I notice it a lot, when you go somewhere the ugliest women are typically those with short hair and way too much fat.

Even a 3-year LTR is a short timeframe. Sometimes it doesn't happen until much later, when life gets boring and predictable. After marriage, after buying a home, after having kids, etc. And as long as they're not blatantly caught, you will never know. All types of women can cheat, this has nothing to do with income levels.

I've met and chatted with various married women and women in LTRs. All of them looked and behaved very normal, you would not think they were whores if you met them in different circumstances. Another interesting case from a couple of months ago. A woman in a LTR, she had already cheated on her BF six times due to a boring sex life at home. Lots of women cheat if they feel that they're missing something in their relationship, or if they get the right amount of tingles from someone else. Or they just crave excitement and fresh dick. As the boyfriend or husband you can be totally clueless about this. I know a married woman that posts the sweetest messages about her husband and family on Instagram. A binary scale is indeed a lot easier to than the traditional 1-10 scale, but it also lacks a lot of information. The 1-10 scale is also very subjective, from what I've seen of these charts one man's 8 or 9 can easily be another man's 6.
