I don't think weight is a super accurate measurement of body fat, you can actually be close to or slightly underweight and obese by bf% if you're sick or have an ED. Like a third of folks with a normal BMI in the US have normal weight obesity. For men you can also fall into the overweight category with musculature although you don't really see that as much with women even those on steroids. I would suggest calipers if you can, otherwise you can use measuring tape or (less accurately) scales to f…

That's not necessarily true with weightlifters in my experience, sometimes it is a combination of wanting to go heavier with their lifts and wanting hypertrophy. IMO the prevelance of steroids has somewhat to do with aesthetics. Just my opinion though.

20% is in the athlete category for women, comparable to 6-13% for men. 21-24% is considered fit. Maybe there are women that lucky though, I am no professional.

28% yes, 18% is pretty low for women. I'd suggest looking at some photos for a better idea. There's a huge difference in what it looks like based on gender.

Fair, some women will lose their periods/ability to reproduce there though so that's something to keep in mind

What do you guys think the ideal bf% is on a woman? Personally I think around 28-18%. 17-14% can look good too though provided there isn't gear involved, also some of the ladies at crossfit I'd pin around there look odd with implants especially over the muscle (no offense to them if they like that aesthetic, I appreciate the dedication).

That'd non ironically be perfect because I both play D&D on occasion with friends/parents friends and I'm a full stack software dev lol

So I guess I'm back on the dating market...any advice for a 26 year old woman who wants a family? What are the good apps? Should I even try with the apps or should I just go for dudes at my gym/elsewhere? Decent resources for this? I've only had two LTRs one of which lasted five years the other was three so I haven't spent a lot of time dating...

Personally yes for me working out - mostly cardio with weights a few times a week helped immensely. I've gotten into high milage running recently and it's so nice to burn near 4,000 calories on a 7 mile run day and then having so many left even with a 1,000 calorie deficiency I could eat what I wanted until I couldn't eat anymore and still be under my limit. Also if you're losing a lot of weight relatively quickly - I've lost 48 lbs in 2023, it helps a lot with loose skin because it fills out th…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
