It's not referencing the "rape academy". From my understanding, a lot of writers don't choose headlines. They definitely went with the most inflammatory headline to grab viewers, who then skimmed and made the wrong conclusions. Someone else made a comment suggesting the best way to verify consent would be to see if the people in the video make other porn content where both partners are awake and clearly consenting.
