Agreed. OP, especially if you're masturbating with porn, your dopamine sensors have become so insensitive to anything but PMO that the real world is going to look bland and boring. If quitting porn is a struggle, I'd recommend the PMO Hackbook.

31 years old. Never been in one. The first woman to take an interest tried to cheat on her boyfriend with me, even though their relationship seemed to be going great. Perhaps naively I didn’t go for it. It just didn’t feel right. The next week she was all cozy with her boyfriend like nothing out of the ordinary had happened. That’s when I realised he (or really any man in a relationship) would never have known it if she ever did cheat on him. Since then I’ve never been able to fully trust any of…

It truly is. I'm a huge introvert and I had a minor anxiety attack yesterday when I realised I've been trying to act like an extrovert for the past 8 months in order to get a woman to like me who doesn't even interact with me outside of work. All because she flirts a bit from time to time... I really wish there was a foolproof way to let go of someone. I want to learn to be happy being with myself again, but it's like being addicted to a drug.

Same here. The periods there are no women in my life I'm perfectly content and at peace. The moment some girl starts flirting with me, I become anxious, start craving her validation and generally become unsatisfied with my life. It's fucking hard to get over this conditioning.

Same here. Really can't complain. However, sometimes I do wonder what I'm missing out on and whether it is possible to truly go MGTOW without at least some experience. How do you guys get over that? Perhaps I just haven't internalised this enough yet?

Damnit, I just realized I've been that nice guy to someone for over a year and especially in the last two weeks.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
