1	What's with all that meditation "brabble" lately ? - my first contribution Meditation helped me get off drugs and into sports and business. It helped me a lot. That being said it's not the only thing that's helpful, so is sport, so is walking in nature. 1	What are your thoughts on listening to music when doing things like walking somewhere, shopping, working out etc? I am going to stop this habit.
