| 1 | As a feminist, I am so disappointed in feminism...This post needs to go in the sidebar. | /r/MensRights | 30/05/14 04:06 PM |
| 2 | So I was bored and tried to make a simple picture showing why the MRM isn't a threat to women, women's issues, or feminism. I hope I didn't oversimplify it.What is this, I don't even... This only gives feminists ammo against MRAs and does more harm than good. Unless I'm thick and this is some kind of joke I'm not understanding. | /r/MensRights | 26/11/12 06:02 PM |
| 1 | Nope. No feminist struggling to redefine MRA here : urban dictionaryNo one has the right to beat anyone else. This is an infringement on another's right. An idealistic perspective on the definition of someone's right to do something always limits their rights to their own behavior, and behavior which naturally does not infringe another's right. | /r/MensRights | 12/09/12 04:59 PM |
| 1 | Nope. No feminist struggling to redefine MRA here : urban dictionaryWhile I agree with 99% of your argument, I would contend that "rights" that infringe on another's rights have actually lost the definition of 'right' completely. | 47 | Nope. No feminist struggling to redefine MRA here : urban dictionaryThis is a 'zero sum game mentality'. It is extremely prevalent these days: 'If you have it that means I don't. I will then take it or organize a way for it to be taken from you so we can be 'equal'.' This mentality applies to things of an economic nature which is rarely, but occasionally appropriate. This however is absolutely astounding when applied to something like an ideal. You can't run out of ideals. ಠ_ಠ | /r/MensRights | 11/09/12 06:18 PM |
