Yep. I was feeling a schedule as non alpha also, and also have the same busy life with kids. After reading the comments here I think I'm overthinking, And I'm going to just focus on lifting and other RP goals. Thanks.

Great advice. I agree. I think I'm better off leaving the schedule alone, and working on improving in other areas. Thanks for pointing this out.

Yeah. This is good advice. The schedule does take a bit of the fun out of it. Thanks for the advice.

I think our culture forgot that nice is just for the weak and not a virtue to develop. Even Jesus was not really that nice. (At least as his primary virtue) He was powerful, a leader, told the pharasees to "fuck off". He protected the weak. Protecting others is a different, alpha form of being "nice". Yet the modern pictures of Christ are him with this amazing hair, soft skin. Very feminized. Really pisses me off and I think confuses people.

I agree. Covert contracts (at any level) is a classic beta behavior. "Killing" all these contracts was one of the first steps I took that helped me man up. Great advice.

Exactly. Forget your lame "test". Go work on yourself. Become more attractive.

I agree. I am part of a church that frowns on MB. The beta's are all up in arms and mockingly say "the God of the universe must be a little prick if all he cares about is if I masterbate" The reality is God's simply saying "conquer thself" just as you note.

Yes thankfully. I made some other comments in the thread that describe further.

I found red pill when my wife was going through this phase. It gave me a vocabulary to understand what was going on, and helped me quit apologizing for my alpha characteristics. I also changed and improved in some areas I was lacking in. I was being a bit of a pussy and needed to work on being a better husband.

For what it's worth, I believe your comment above captures what my wife felt when she went through her hyper feminist/ identity crisis phase. It seems she felt being a good wife and mom (being great at what is currently labeled "female" work) was somehow not enough. For a while she felt excelling at this was a form of contributing to, and even validating male oppression.

I agree. My wife (who does not work) went through a hyper feminist phase, where she did not want to do anything for me as her husband... because she was seeing any kindness as somehow sexist and repressive toward women. Some of these tips are ways to be to supportive of someone you love who works. They could be followed by either gender.

I agree. I've been married 14 years, and thought I could treat my wife as an equal. Ironically the times I did, and went all bp, were the worst. The times I treated her like a teenage girl, and used this perspective to explain her behavior..are consistently the times when our marriage is best. I'm a natural RP, but I'm still a bit sad I cant meet my wife as an equal. She wants to, and is most comfortable being treated like one of the kids, just like you note.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
