Russian troll farms don’t only troll one side of politics, they often take any extreme position in an effort to escalate tensions between Americans. OP here by reposting this meme is essentially adding to that extreme debate. Platforms like MRA’s need to be extremely cautious about it because it can be damaging to our credibility.

I volunteer to work with the kids at my church. We’re specifically told about once every two months or so to not get more physical over anything more than a high-five. I was always kinda discouraged to think someone would impose those rules on me even though I wouldn’t abuse it other wise. One day I asked a guy who was high up in the whole shindig why this was, he replied that he trusts us all, he’s afraid of a someone crazy accusing the male volunteers of getting too close.

False rape accusations are a good topic to bring up but very difficult to get true statistics. Everything is done in private so what do we do? I typically find myself straying away from talking about it in general because how dodgy the statistics are. I’ve seen liberals saying it’s 3% and other more “MRA-esque” statistics saying 40%.
