There's a difference between a little messing around in class with your friends to the mild annoyance of the teacher and denying sexual advances of the teacher to the extreme anger of the teacher.

The best judge of whether or not a country is going to develop is how it treats its women. I'm sitting on at least 144 years (July 4th, 1776, to August 26th, 1920- Dec. of Independence to the passing of the 19th Amendment) of not "treating women well" that calls utter bullshit on this. The United States of America seems to have done quite well despite that.
