At $4 an hour, when profit margins are that ridiculous, they're just taking advantage of people with disabilities. If you combine that with the fact that it's a non profit yet the branch presidents get millions of dollars for a salary, selling merchandise they don't have to pay for, not paying taxes because non profit, collect state funding, and get built in state contracts they kind of seem like dicks.
